I would like to know the flow of an Op-Amp and PWM controller IC design development, I mean the steps involved in the process of designing them until the IC is produced in mass.
Does it need to test practically to verify after every development stage, or just simulations until the final result is send as a series of software instructions for an IC Factory to be produced in mass?
What are the professional Electronic Design Automation Tools for such design process?
