You missed that it's a tripod, with three heads independently aimable.

I have a huge flashlight for that. Contains a lead-acid gel cell and a car headlight bulb. Set it on its back, turn on and the whole area under the sink is BRIGHT as can be. Cost $10 about 10 years ago, still works fine. This thing can make traffic signs light up half a mile away.
