New graduate jobs

Hello people, I have applied to lots of jobs(VLSI, RF, Analog) for the past 2 months and have posted my reusme on many job boards. Networking is helping a bit but information about the Hiring managers, University relations, HR and design engineers is what I am looking out for. Also, if people are ready to help me by forwarding my resume to their friends in Austin or anywhere else in USA, I shall truly appreciate their efforts.

Initiative is valued by employers. More recently, they seem to be valuing experience more. Try to get some experience if you can, even make yourself a website and put some cool electronics projects on it - an employer might see it and say "wow, this guy is motivated, intelligent, resourceful, etc."

That said, a friend has a master's degree in teaching, and she is working at the mail post. A new report stated that because there are a record number of collegate graduates in recent years, matching jobs are scarce. I don't know wether this is true or not, but things appear this way. Keep trying, eventually something will come up.
