not at all. Linux mint 7 is free for anyone, is well suited to people with zero experience of linux, and can be tried without installing or changing a single thing. Personally I've run out of interest in windows, its gone from a troubled OS in the 98 days to an OS I find it hard to understand why anyone would choose to use now.

Years? I just got this XPS not to long ago, it sat in the box for about a 2 week before I even opened it, then I only used it like 2/3 times and then my trial subscription of everything on it of course, ran out!

It would be nice if they metered machine time to adbin the trials instead of using date spanding for the calculations.

Oh well, no matter, most of it is crap software design to empty your pockets. That is what they call their version of uninstalling the software. No need to bug you when you no longer have money..

And if you were a programmer of years ago, you would know what the acronym of "Adbin" is. of course it isn't used much these days, to many young learning to use tools with multiple layers of libraries and pre written DLL/OLE/COM/ACTIVEX/CLR to do it for them and they call themselves a programmer, until something breaks on one of those sources, then they're done!
