While I was seeing multiple sessions of chatter on the subject of magnetism, I remember I had something in my collection and was able to find parts of it on the net..
This may be of interest for those younger in the field that would like to better understand the history of how we got here today, take my word for it, it's a mess. It's a wonder we have things that work as well as they do that uses magnetism in one way or the other.
I am convinced that we still don't have a handle on it.
