Looking for Ferrite cores overview

HiI am doing a small project in my own business, so now for once I can choose whatever supplier I want, no purchase stopping block ?Anyway, I am looking for a overview of the different suppliers and core families with perhaps a technical comparisonI can find cross references between different suppliers but no real in depth comparison of the coresTDK and Ferroxcube has good documentation, but they are not exactly unbiasedAnyone has a link?CheersKlaus

Yes.

BOURNS 1140-271K-RC

270 uH, 7 amps, two in parallel. They are part of the simulation of the impedance of a permanent-magnet alternator.

The fan helps!

Drums, yes. I think the toroids are sendust or something similar.

Neither seems to have much core loss. Heating seems to be mostly copper ohms.
