JTAG,JAMPLAYER - Does enyone use jamplayer on some procesors ?

I'm not sure I understand your question.

I use a JAM player. The source code for it came from Altera. I've since modified it a fair bit. The source is in C.

My main problem is: how I can use a specific pins in procesor to JTAG interface ?Where I can change it?
