Looking for a 2-3Watt, 5Vin to =B124Vout DC/DC.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Most 5VDC input DC-DC converters only have a maximum output of +15/-15. You'll probably have to use two of these (or something similar):

should be able to do it quite easily, just an inductor and a few other components.
theres various applications on the data sheet and also other application notes.
