I need an affordable solution for 1MHz - 4MHz capture and analysis?

I need a solution that will allow capture and analysis of 1MHz - 4Mhzthat doesn't involve thousands of dollars of new hardware. Anyone havesuggestions? Many thanks.

Well, signal that requires capure and analysis is generated by a HAMradio transceiver (approx 20-100W) or class E transmitter and is beingused to drive a coil to produce the signal in a range of 570Hz to 4MHzwhich is picked up in near proximity by pairs of smaller coilsimplanted in biomedical implants. Resistance is variable, but on theorder of 50-150. An expansion card or USB to PC interface would bepreferable to having to purchase a HAM rig or high dollar spectrumanalyzer.
