High Speed Driver?

I need to generate the accurate waveform from TTL input. The swing should be ~20Vpp, slew rate > 1kV/us, load current ~5mA, top and bottom tied to the reference voltage. The switch like that can certainly be done with few discrete components, however I wonder if there is a single IC solution.

How "accurate"? How much offset associated with the load current? Is the load current predictable? Is there anything about the transition (beyond slew rate) that is critical?

My first thought is to use a SPDT analog switch. Parallel as needed to get low enough resistance. Or maybe a rail-rail output comparator, with the rails at the reference voltages [do these change?]

Thank you, Spehro. That might work, as they specifically claim nearly equal turn on and turn off performance. That's not very common for the FET drivers.

The incurred resistance should not be higher then 50 Ohm, and the variance of that resistance between "0" and "1" state and from unit to unit should be no higher then 10 Ohm.

Not too many low resistance switches with high speed, capable of 20V and with the low resistance.

Again, 20V R-R and 1kV/us output is not a very trivial comparator.
