I'm looking for a book on heat transfer that is geared towards EE's. Something with information on transfer characteristics/analysis of different circuit level components would be ideal.
Does anyone know of such a book? Thanks.

Steinberg's book, "Cooling Techniques for Electronic Equipment" is a bit dated (1980!), but not bad.

And 'Thermal Management Handbook (for electronic assemblies)' Sergent ISBN
0-07026699-9 Very technical.
For practical considertions re: semiconductors don't forget Motorola's AN1040 ( on On semi's site ).
