Got a NCP3063 model for LTSpice?

Anyone have or know of a component model for the OnSemi NCP3063, to use with LTSpice?

Can't find one on their site, and it's too different from the 33063 family chips that it's a superset of. Cannot find a second source either, which is scary enough too. Oh well, maybe I need to try a

555, so many to choose from.

I have no idea where to start trying to make a model for a chip like this. It's a cheap buck/boost PWM chip with on board 1.5A switch, great for LED drivers and small regulators.

Thanks, Grant.

Don't see major differences between 33063, 34063 and 3063, except for closer tolerance reference, timing cap value, current sense threshold and thermal shutdown. Not biggies for basic function.

Any reason why one of the four currently-available LTspice 34063/33063 models (~available since 2004) shouldn't serve in your boost circuit? Access them through the LTspice group on Yahoo:

A buck converter app is stored in the files there, which you can rewire to your heart's content.
