Giuliani Is A Moron

The idiot has no idea how absentee ballots are processed. A normal person would think that learning the process would be preliminary to filing lawsuits claiming fraudulent ballot voting to the tune of 700,000 votes! Looks to me like a scam to legally deplete the $100M remaining in the campaign war chest on a bunch of phony legal fees, with the usual New York kickback of course.

Ask all of those criminals he has put behind bars if he is a moron. Commenting on a lawsuit that hasn't yet been filed reflects more on you than Giuliani.

No, it is YOU that is short on knowledge - that article doesn't mention ONE lawsuit filed by Giuliani. If you had listened to him this morning you wou ld have known that Giuliani will begin filing lawsuits tomorrow. The first will deal with denying observers access at Philadelphia counting rooms.

NE lawsuit filed by Giuliani. If you had listened to him this morning you w ould have known that Giuliani will begin filing lawsuits tomorrow. The firs t will deal with denying observers access at Philadelphia counting rooms.

Oh, BTW, Giuliani amassed a record of 4,152 convictions and 25 reversals.

Trump's trying his usual tactic of throwing money and lawyers every which way to try to bully someone into backing down.

This tends to work OK in civil cases vs. underpaid hookers holding a grudge, but less well in criminal courts which tend to require some kind of evidence of wrongdoing to substantiate a claim.

That is to say quid pro quo is all he know and it doesn't seem to be working out, here.

The process serves a purpose though which is by burying the courts in legal challenges with respect to the Democrats mostly non-existent acts of election malfeasance it gives time to destroy evidence of the Trump administration's potentially well-documented acts of malfeasance.

Hey Bitter Ex, does that include the FBI as well?

Let's be clear here: election fraud IS illegal and ANY charges that it occurred MUST be investigated. Otherwise, Biden's election will ALWAYS have an asterisk by it.

No, you are very unclear; Barr knows the Donald can fire him, so he authorizes the FBI to assist in voting cases. But, there are NO CHARGES, those would be indictments; there are only baseless allegations which we know of. Some courts may hear a civil suit or seven, but there's no asterisk except in a few diseased minds. Creating noise around vote-count issues doesn't make them credible, just loud.

Breitbart specializes in loud. So does Trump.

Like the "baseless charges" concerning Hunter BooBoo? Last time I checked, the FBI investigates BEFORE indicting people, not after.

LOL! Sounds like you are worried about what the FBI will find.

But not half as worried as Trump is gong to be. Barratry is a crime, though it isn't on the books under that name under US federal law.

That's about ten million shy of what he should have done.

Well that's just it. now that he's seeing the courts dismissing the patheti cally weak existing lawsuits as mere speculation, even Giuliani can see the re's no point in filing his lawsuits.

Hey SL0W MAN, Biden should be WELL ACQUAINTED with it because the Dims have engaged in it for the last FOUR YEARS!

"Trump is gong to be" WTF - is the Gong Show back on TV???

Reply to

You've got to be litigious to commit barratry, and the Democrats haven't bothered suing anybody recently. You should have looked up the word before you went to your keyboard.

Hey SL0W MAN, you must have been on another planet for the last four years: the Dims have been pushing the Russian collusion hoax and impeached Pres. Trump. Other lawsuits by the Dims include (but are not limited to):

Note that over THREE TIMES as much money was spent by the Dims on lawsuits.

First error: "Democrat" is the spelling of the word

Second error: that was an FBI investigation, not by Democrats.

Third error: Trump claims of hoax are baseless; no collusion was ever announced, just investigations peripheral to election interference issues that could have uncovered collusion. They wanted Russian meetings with campaign staff to be explained.

Fourth error: impeachment isn't a lawsuit, doesn't have any connection with barratry, and no member of Congress ought to be called to account by a court, or the President, for performing their duties in Congress (such as... impeachment). A President can, however, visit Congress and make a speech.

Fifth error: "Democrat" is the spelling of that word

First and fifth errors: Dims IS the word. Second error: Dims WITHIN the FBI set up a phony hoax to start a phony investigation (homework assignment: go read the Horowitz report). Third error: read the Horowitz report (again). Fourth error: impeachment IS litigation.
