Morons were ridiculing Philadelphia for keeping Joe Frazier on the voting rolls. Well hell yeah he's on the voter rolls. All twelve of him alive and living there. I mean how stupid are these people they think there are no other Joe Frazier's in the world!
Have any people named Joe Frazier ever died? Perhaps there are actually dead Joes who voted.

Incidentally there's no database system in the world that handles human names "correctly", because what a human name is and isn't is not a computable function.
All such systems tend to rely on a best-guess set of assumptions/axioms which tend to be right and wrong in equal measure. e.g. Wrong assumption #1 is that all humans have names.
