Microsoft .net libraries in an OS kernel? I don't think so.
I posted that just to hear s/w people scream.
It used to be COBOL tossed out as an OS language that was used to make s/w engineers scream.
Hmm, certainly the facility in COBOL to create self-modifying code could be used to create a really disgusting mess full of holes... Is it really sure Microsoft doesn't use COBOL? Well, I guess buffer overflows in C works well enough.
