e-phemt Spice model

The MiniCircuits SAV-551 is a cool part, but they don't have a Spice model for it. They are classic s-parameter type folks.



Does anyone have a model for this part, or something similar that could be fiddled?



I'm playing with Colpitts oscillators and I'd like to Spice some variations. And I'm being lazy.

They give you a table of Vds, Vgs, and Id, plus Ron = 2 ohms, that should be enough to work with.
