Does anyone know of any controllers like Onsemis ncp105x series? I need a small non isolated Buck to operate off 90 to 140vac 1w max.The Osemi ones only go to 100kHz. This gives a large inductor I'm looking for one that has at least 200kHz or better with integrated switches.
The Onsemi site is done again but here is a NCP105X desighn note.
Power integrations has nice off-line switchers which might fit your bill. Easy to obtain and well supported by most transformer/inductor manufacturers.

I've been reading about useing an AUX winding on a buck to generate a isolated second output. Is this possible to do in DCM?
For low power bucks in CCM the inductance gets into several mH even upto several hundred kHz.
