$17 billion is a lot of potato chips.
Nah they're going to make the vaccine microchips there. If anyone is chipping us is it's going to be with US-manufactured chips goddamn it.
The article didn't mention the bad effect all those chips will have on the Texas Longhorn cheerleaders.
