Can anyone recommend a power op amp with similar specs to the LM675 (single supply, 2A out) but less costly?

The LM1875, perhaps, depending on your other specs.

Thanks, but that's an audio amp.

Read more of the datasheet than the big print at the top. The 1875 has a fancier front/back end (and a resulting higher quiescent current) but otherwise?
