Hi all,
I googled much around but i couldn't find a datasheet and a (stable) windowsdriver for this heavy used USB-UART chip named ARK3116. It seems to be a very popular device and similar to PL2303 but these drivers don't work with these chips. Linux seems to know these chips but not windows. I have drivers 1.9.0.0 and 1.9.1.0 but they are not very stable to use. May be someone here knows more about this device.
