Energizer E2 lithium exists but it is in short supply (even for OEMs) at the moment.

IIRC Energizer has them. Ask them which stores carry these. Chances are that they are still a boutique part, meaning difficult to get, lots of $$. The cheapest I saw them was just under $10 for a 4-pack.
