Analog Switch Recommendation

I'm looking for an analog switch, actually only P-channel (to +VCC) needed, runs on 2.7V-3.3V, around 6 ohms on, < 8pF off.

Suggestions?

Do you mean just a p-channel low-threshold fet?

Well, you can search the usual suspects: Fairchild, Zetex, IR, On.

But maybe take a look at the NEC solid-state relays. Some of them have numbers like 4 ohms on, 1.1 pF off.

Not too far off..

Which makes the NEC ssr's all that more remarkable.

I guess the FOM is Co*Ron, which is 91 ps for the fet, 4.4 ps for the SSR.

I am afraid that is at least a factor of two on the other side of dream land. 6ohm devices are usually around 15pF (I assume you mean Cds) and even then 3V drive is borderline. Most won't be guaranteed below 4.5V.
