Analog Devices AMP-05
Is there anything available that will replace this part ? Similar or better specs a must.

So you have a circuit with an AMP-05 in it, you can't get any, and you want the circuit to just work?
Or do you have something more specific in mind?
Instrumentation amps with built-in guard drivers and current sources aren't exactly common, but there are lots of better and cheaper parts than the AMP-05 otherwise, and those functions are easily added if you need them.
If you tell us what you're trying to do in detail, we'd be much better able to help.

The INA116 has built in guard rings... but no current source. (very low current and spendy)
