A Better 2N2222A

I have an application for which a 2N2222A is a good fit, except the maximum Vceo of the 2N2222A is 40V. I need a Vceo of at least 60V. Is there a transistor with similar characteristics to the 2N2222A in an SOT-23 or SOT-223 package but with Vceo of at least 60V? I am particularly interested in a device with an fT roughly as good as the

2N2222A's 300 MHz.

What is your operating Vceo at temp?

BC846? http://www.fairchildsemi.com/ds/BC/BC846.pdf JF

Plenty. But how much matter is it? I've never had a problem operating transistors out to Vcbo, which is quite a bit higher than Vceo anywhere you have a current path away from the base (B-E resistor, etc.).
