Off or on ?:-)
Just measure it, or imply it from the rise-time using a high-valued pull-up resistor.

My guru that ask about it said "I'll bet it was on the data sheet when it first came out, but I don't see it now. I could measure it but I don't want to." Oh well, Mike
No it was never on any datasheet and I have some pretty old ones and the designing with TTL text by the TI staff.
You can infer it from the propagation delay test circuits as test load capacitance divided by max fanout spec'd for the part. It is not much.
