Looking at the differences I can't see anything really significant. I mean nothing at all.



Did I missed something obvious or...



Which one would you pick?

Same hardware. The CSAs have some telecom-sort-of firmware that you really don't need for general-purpose fast electronics. They use the same heads.

Earlier 11801s had more jitter (3 pS RMS or so), longer trigger delay (~70 ns) and b+w displays. I think the CSAs are all equivalent to the

11801A and up, with better specs (1.5 ps, 40 ns, something like that) and color.

Oh, the CSAs have a 10 GHz trigger prescaler.

I didn't pick; I have all of them!

They will all eventually fail with a timebase error. Contact me when they do.
