UPS140

Couldn't find UPS140 in local electronics retail store, can any one suggest what is the alternative for this part? BTW, UPS140 is a Shottky Barrier Rectifier. TQ.

The 140 may well indicate 1A, 40V - Shottky barrier type numbers are often suggestive of the ratings. If it is a similar physical size to a regular silicon rectifier like the 1N4001 etc then it probably is 1A. SB rectifiers often have PIV of only 20V and ratings over 60V tend to be rather expensive, GaS types are available with PIV over 90V but these are much more expensive!
