I am looking for a little logic chip like the 74139, but without the inverted outputs. Yes, adding inverters would be possible, but adds three chips to my layout.. .
Logic table would be something line this:

Also check out the 74HCT259 demultiplexer/latch which is still carried at many Radio Shack stores.
