Looking for a source for small quantities (at least initially) of the M51134P subharmonic synthesizer IC. I don't know the manufacturer; I see it listed on a couple of Chinese OEM web sites but no other information. Google wasn't much help, and no listing at Digikey, Mouser, Futurlec.
If anyone knows anything about this chip (who the mfr is, a datasheet, whether there's a newer version...) I'd appreciate it. Thanks!
