What to you mean by "links to newsgroups" ?

Not here, so don't even think about it about.

When the old sci.electronics newsgroup was split up a decade ago, into the current multiple newsgroups, one was set up for buying and selling, though it's not within the hierarchy. The associated newsgroup is misc.industry.electronics.marketplace

Note that it may not be appropriate, depending on what you are selling.

There is always rec.radio.swap

And of course, there are all kinds of local newsgroups devoted to buying and selling, which sometimes may be the appropriate place.
