I assume you mean 16 MHz, not 16 GHz. In English, we use a period as a decimal marker, and reserve the comma for use as a thousands and millions separator.
Digikey has a 16.670 MHz crystal from CTS frequency controls. The CTS part number is 407F35E016M6700
