I have 2 SMD diode in SOT23 package : one is printed Y48 and the other is printed Y6U. Anyone knows what diode are they ? Thanks.

Thanks a lot, this is really a very good info ! With more & more encounters with SMD component with very little amount of printed letter, this site is a must-read !
