Can anyone identify this MOSFET

Anyone know the part number for this mosfet? It has a circle with "H1" inside

The biggest Mosfet on the top of the picture.

No (excluding clairvoyants), but i'm sure the board OEM knows. Why not contact them.

Your not honestly going to try and fix this board yourself are you? Best you go and buy a new motherboard (or whatever the hell it is).

Looks like a TO-263 or maybe a D2PAK.

But you're most likely going to end up throwing out that motherboard and buying another.

I look at the mosfet under strong sunlight, now i see the marking.

The marking is 32no3L ,not sure whether the o is zero or letter "O"

And i has a big i on the chip.

Question: Anyone know the substitute for it? any suggestion

So it is a 32N03L Mosfet.

But like the others say: you don't know what else is defective. Trash it. Really.

Not of much help, Wolfgang

Are we talking bottom left? seams to be something on there in the picture. Anybody tried UV or black light for such weak markings?

I have some weak, laser etched? transistors. A light smear of heatsink grease gives some contrast.

Oh, yeah get it wet or dirty and wipe the smoother surroundings. Thanks.
