Anyone hnow how fast a 2N7000 can go in grounded gate configuration?

You mean as a AC amplifier, right? It depends on the source and output impedance. It doesn't make a good RF amplifier but you can get a fairly good gain and linearity until about 1MHz (20dB-40dB). It crosses zero around
50MHz.
