Problem of model when simulating under spectre

I am doing simulation using spectre. It keeps giving me the following errors:

Syntax error in model statement, Syntax error in specification of `dvt0w', Syntax error in specification of `dsub'. Syntax error in specification of `pbsw'. Syntax error in .model statement.

I am using Tsmc25 model. And it works well in spice simulation. What is the possible reason of this error?

Post the whole .model text. we cant tell you what the error in the model is without seeing the model!!!
