Ok... so I want to make an edge connector part for my library. Something like the connector on the right:

I create a simple oblong padstack of a certain size. Then I create a PCB symbol and toss a bunch of the pads down. Looking good..... But I can't seem to figure out how to now lay down a bunch more, but assign then to the bottom layer. (Pins 1-23 of the top, pins 24-46 on the bottom).
I must be missing something simple... Thanks for any help.
