Does anyone have Spice models for the following BJTs.
Sanyo's 2SC2911, 2SC2547E (NPN) Hitachi's 2SA1085E, 2SA1209 (PNP)
If not, does anyone have notes on how to extract the needed parameters from the datasheets.
Many of the Gummel Poon parameters don't seem straightforward to extract for devices in general, seeing the amount of math involved, and a lack of information on how to use the formalaes, or find the values for the variables used in the formulaes.
