Sunday Feb 28th, we waited to watch one of those political shows, in which John McCain was going to elaborate for an hour. Just when the show started, the powers that be shut off the transmitter! No signal from a major station for one hour. Of course on the other channel was Nancy Pelosi talking on and on. Have no idea how it's possible to control the media so effectively.

I don't know how you managed to post this information. Your neighborhood network monitor must have taken an unauthorized break or something. I'll bet his supervisory commissar will hustle that guy's butt off to the re-education camp faster than you can whistle Yankee Doodle!

Do you get MBC, Korean?
Channel 1 here has something like 12 channels in there!! Quality of images and sound are incredibly low, but they provide local advertising and retro shows, going waaaaay back. Very interesting alternative to main stream.
