Teac CTF683 ctv.
The tv came in with frame collapse, the horizontal white line was present all the time.
When I turned it on again several days later, the line was slowly flashing.
After replacing IC401 (vertical deflection chip TDA8354), I now have a picture that slowly flashes on and off. If I activate the on screen menu, this stays on the screen without flashing, but the picture flashes behind the menu.
A video signal from an av input also flashes.
Does anyone know what would cause this?
