Anyone used the Jaycar LA-5191 remote control ceiling alarm?:

Good? Crap? Battery life? Reliable remote? Reliable sensor? Could it be mounted on a wall instead? Is there a wall mount version of the same thing?
BTW, I'm not after a full alarm system or anything else, this in particular looks like it will fullfill a requirement I have.
