Ok this is spam, but again, what would one do about it? You'd contact an ISP. Complaining here does not help. It puts the lie to the "camel in the tent" metaphor. It's more about distinguishing would-be friends from obvious foes.

I suppose you could say "FCS Software Solutions Inc are spammers"...

It is a lot easier to complain to the ISP when the group definitely did not allow commercial postings. Otherwise you have to say, "yes, we do allow some kinds of job advert, but in my opinion this particular one does not fulfill the criteria required".

Yes, the "embedded" part only comes into play when we tell him where to file his offer.

You contact the numbers below, prefereably the 408 number, collect. A few of these accepted will remove the financial incentive to spam. Rejection of the calls removes the point of spamming. Complaining to google does absolutely no good, unless you like receiving messages from bots saying they won't do anything. You also post something here which tends to assist others in making such complaints. Complaints to the 800 number actually cost them something, but doesn't rub their nose in it. Emails cost them nothing, but might get read, and will at least clutter their inbox. The objective is to penalize.

Not too complicated for those who do not want to supinely give in. You whack the camel firmly on the nose with a two-by-four and encourage others to do the same.
