hey,
got this problem with a pals tv where when you turn on the device there is a hissing soung that is coming from the LOPT area and there is power to the control boards as the remote is working ok but there is no picture and no sound........got the HOT out and tested it but found it was good....its using a 2DS2498....along with 2SC3807......cant seem to find out what exactly is wrong so thats why i have come for more light.
All the help accorded will be highly appreciated.
