Toshiba VCR/DVD combo model:SD-V392SCA,chassis:M2D815,year:Sept

2004,UL Listed:289X (Orion),FCC ID:A7RM2D8B.When DVD is inserted the DVD plays at a very fast speed and the play,rew,ff or stop buttons don't seem to work.Only eject works,anyone have any common repair tips?.Thanks.

I meant to say it's "spins" too fast not "play".
