32" Sharp tv model:CL32S40

32" Sharp stereo tv model:CL32S40,year:Oct 1999,UL Listed:282B.Customer states that from time to time the tv shuts off and sometimes the only way to turn it back on is to unplug the ac cord for a few minutes then the tv works for a while or so then again shuts down. The soldering throughout the tv is fine specially around the relay,horizontal driver transformer and flyback.I did not yet turn the tv on but would like some common repair tips. This tv uses the following parts:
