REQ, Pinouts for sharp Aquos lcd tv model LC-15B4US

I have been given a working SHARP Aquos LC-15B4US without a 10 pin power adapter. Apparently the TV uses 12 volts.

Anyone know the pinouts so I could use a regulated 12 V power supply?
