RCA CTC 203 Haeter Filaments

I've been trying to discover where the control section for the the heater filaments is. The filaments are not working. Any help would be appreciated. Mark.

Please check that CTC203 location L14401's glue is cleaned off; have to unsolder and remove coil, clean off hot glue and clean out the two holes that coil's leads goes through. Reinstall coil & solder normally.
