I have a call on a Prima 27" TV with nos sound, otherwise the unit works fine. She is an older lkady, & doesn't have a model number. Prima has become so terrible to deal with here in Canada, that I won't deal with them! Have you guys seen any problems with just noi sound? The menu has been checked, all is "turned on", & set right! Thanks, Dani.
