Can no longer channel search as message shows this facility is not activated. Cannot tune in sky tv channel. Would be grateful for any advice.

With the factory remote you should be able to access this from the menu.... or you can just punch in the channel number you want (without searching) with the remote control number keypad. If you do not have the factory remote control you are SOL. electricitym
