This inverter doesnot work, is it possible and how to fix itt? Can i get new one, or buy some which can replace it and which will be suitable for this chipset? Is there any place on web where i can find it, like ebay or similar?...

Is that a LCD backlight inverter?

HR do them - same people as used to make LOPTs for CRT TVs & monitors.

yes, that is backlight LCD inverter.

Do a search for other distributors, you might be able to shop around.

Google being what it is, a search might also find alternative pattern spares manufacturers.
