If RST means Reset, just short the reset pins and see if the machine resets itself. I think you would do better in a computer newsgroup, or get a job at a computer shop putting computers together for £80/week.

if the reset signal from the false loading is about 0.1 V, is this signal correct. No, it is not. and why . Is there a bad MOS?
